Returns Policy

1.  Requesting a Return

Customers must submit a return request within seven days of receiving their order to ensure a smooth process.  All return or exchange requests should be made through our support team.  Unauthorized returns or exchanges will not be processed.

3.  Restocking Fee for Returns

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.  Approved returns will receive a refund to the original payment method.  Please allow 7-14 business days for processing after we have received the returned item.

 

4.  Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Customers are responsible for both the original shipping fee and the return shipping charges unless the return is due to a product issue caused by us.  We are not liable for delays resulting from weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

5.  Packaging Requirements

All returned items must be placed inside a separate shipping box.  Do not use the products original packaging as the shipping box to prevent damage during transit.  We recommend choosing an insured shipping method to safeguard against loss or damage.

7.  Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Food-related products or edible items.  Due to the delicate nature of these items, minor damage during transit may occur.  We anticipate a small breakage rate of up to 10% per order.  If the damage exceeds 10%, you may contact us to request compensation.  Please provide clear photographs of the damaged items for review.

 

8.  Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled at no charge if the request is made before the order has been shipped.  If the cancellation is requested after the order has shipped, it will be treated as a return, and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
